PalynodataTableMaker 1.0 Conversion utility

Converts Palynodata references and taxa lists to tab-delimited TEXT files suitable for import into databases.

This application converts Palynodata references and taxa list saved as ASCII TEXT files to tab-delimited TEXT files.
The resulting tab-delimited text files may be used with databases or mail merge applications.

Operation:
After saving references and taxa list from Palynodata database¹:
1) Select Palynodata references from the Options menu.
2) Open the Palynodata references first
    Select Convert references from the File menu, then type in a file name for the converted file.
3) Select Palynodata taxa list from the Options menu.
4) Open the Palynodata taxa list
    Select Convert taxa list from the File menu and type in a file name for the converted file.

The converted data is saved as a tab-delimited TEXT file.  If you opened the references first,
then the taxa list, the resulting converted taxa list will contain the author and year instead of the cryptic
document number for each taxa citation.

Ý tab-delimited fields, paragraph delimited records, for easy entry into a database or mail merge.
Ý auto-convert Palynodata's upper case to proper case and title case.
Ý replace cryptic document number with author and year citation.
Ý Reference format:     Author[tab]year[tab]Title[tab]Journal name[tab]volume and pages[CR]
Ý Taxa citation format: Taxa[tab]CF[tab]TopAge[tab]BaseAge[tab]Location[tab]Author[CR]

Once in a tab-delimited format, the references may be imported into a reference database and
the taxa list may be used as a look-up table or searched and sorted with a spreadsheet or database application.
