ClipboardToFile 2.0 quickly saves the clipboard contents as a TEXT or PICT file.
 

Instructions: 1) Copy a picture, text or any portion of a picture or text to the clipboard.  2) Launch (or switch over to) ClipboardToFile 2.0 3) ClipboardToFile will auto select PICT of TEXT depending on the clipboard contents.      The file type will either be PICT or TEXT. 4) Select an application creator to associate with the file.  The creator tells the computer      which application to launch when the file is double-clicked. 5) Text may be appended to an existing text file (check the  Append text button). 6) Click the Save clipboard as file button or select Save from the File menu.  Images are saved as a PICT file, with the selected application icon. Text is saved as a TEXT file, with the selected application icon. Leave the application running with the window closed so that it will always be available in an instant.  Since ClipboardToFile is a small simple utility, it is very fast to switch and save clipboard contents as a SimpleTEXT PICT document. I use it when working with digital images to copy and save portions of a window.
